Hockey Capital (blog) discovers a previously unreleased logo belonging to the Los Angeles Kings on a Canadian government trademark web site. It has the letters LA above the crown logo inside a pencil-point outline, seeming to match Berger's description.

Howard Berger posts detailed descriptions of all 18 new third jerseys. He describes the Kings' as being black with LA inside a "pencil-point logo" on the front and white piping around the shoulders. He suggests the numbers and text on the sweater may be outlined in purple but his image doesn't clearly show it.
