Ryan Yuck brings us a couple of Sharks jerseys today with a rather untraditional striping pattern. Curious to see what kind of feedback it gets.

I know I'll probably be in the minority here, but I absolutely love this concept. The Sharks are missing silver in a big way, I love the tweaks to the logo and the striping would make this one of the most unique jerseys in the NHL.
If you take the word mark out, I think you have something here
Full shoulder yoke, lots of extra stripes near the cuffs, faux-handwritten text on the logo...
If I had to give this a rating of 100, I'd put it somewhere in the 90s...now off to listen to some Third Eye Blind!
In all seriousness, I like this better than the "tooth" design, but not as much as the current and original Sharks sweater.
Awesome! I think they have some of the dumbest jerseys in the league right now. I would love to see this on the ice! Nice work fellow Ryan
This is 10 million times better than what the Sharks wear now. I don't like the black name plates though. I also don't think the words "San Jose" need to be part of the crest.
Not a fan of the throwback logo mash-up, but what I absolutely LOVE: NO ORANGE. AMEN. The striping takes a little getting used to, but with proper SJ shoulder patches...heck, even with either the old or new fin logos, I could totally get used to these way easier than the eyesores San Jose has now, sans their Blackarmor jerseys.
I like the striping pattern but maybe it needs some tweaks to make it look even better. I hate the colored name bar. I dont know why in the world that is becoming a trend. I think the white jersey needs teal numbers. I dont think the logo really works on this. The original logo would only look right on a retro jersey not a brand new one. I think when the Sharks revamp their look they need to do a new logo as well. Maybe just modify the current one slightly as far as overall appearance and on the Shark make it gray and white like a Great White actually looks. And no shoulder patches on a Sharks jersey would be very dissapointing.
Typically I hate the off coloured name bar... But the black looks pretty nice on the San Jose teal. Interesting.
It would look a million times better without the nameplates. If you ever have the idea to put one of those on a jersey, stop, take a break, smack yourself upside the head and after you realized how stupid the idea was, continue. The nameplates alone knock it down to less than 2 stars.
Like the striping, but not the word mark on the logo. Love the off coloured name plate.
not a big fan of different coloured name plates. never liked it when Flyers did it, dont like it now. Otherwise good design, simple yet effective
I like the concept overall. It's very good except for the name patch....i don't like that it's colored i don't think any jersey in any sport should have that.
Please. Please no broken up arm striping ever. It just looks so terrible. I would really like this concept if not for that. It completely ruins it. I put name plates in the same category. The jerseys are wonderful - minus the broken arm striping and name plate. I suppose I could do without the word mark also. I do appreciate the use of the abandoned silver.
