Use your own original artwork. Don't steal from others. Borrowing NHL team logos to demonstrate a concept is acceptable.

Icethetics branding elements will be added to your submission before posting. If you would like to discuss an alternative method of presentation, that can be arranged.

0289: Stars Within Stars

It looks like we're going to have Dallas Stars concepts here at least once a week. With the team actively looking to rebrand, it makes sense that a lot of what's coming my way revolves around the Stars. Kris Lutes offers up this throwback to the pre-Reebok Edge era and uses the team's AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars for inspiration.

I was never a fan of the STARS font that Texax uses, I like the original Dallas Stars font.
Tom Gagliardi said that there probably won't be the big STARS or DALLAS on the front because he doesn't like it. I agree with him there!
That being said, those top original inspired jerseys SHOULD be the next jerseys the Stars wear. They are amazing and the Stars deserve to have a good jersey instead of those boring dregs they dawn now.

I'm really surprised that I actually like the black jersey. With the star pattern on the uniform and the inclusion of green in the font, I would be totally ok with the stars using that set. Nice work!

I am a fan on the team name and number on the front, but I would really like to see the Stars go back to the North Star roots. Kelley Green with a white shoulder yoke and a tie down front. The logo could be a capital D with a star on it and an arrow on the letter D post... I really miss what the "next 6" brought to the NHL jersey... would also like to see the Sharks do something with the original Seals Dark green and blue...

im a dallas fan, and a fan of the original "star" jersey....but i want to see something new, not a "re-used" design

I think it should be exactly this jersey with the regular official Dallas stars logo in the middle and make a new secondary logo for the shoulder patches
